It's been a hot summer! What is everyone doing?

Nats, Honey and Lucy made it through the heat. Gunther put an air mattress in the basement, but soon found out the cats thought it was a lounge area for them.

Garage Sale Find!

These two came to our garage sale this weekend. One was named Izzy and I can't remember the other. They were on their way to the groomer when their moms and pops had to stop and shop. Too cute! They are Westies.

Spot

This is EB's friend Spot. Unfortunately, her wee friend Spot didn't make it. We organized a funeral and a marker. Spot is buried in the herb garden. RIP Spot.

What is this you ask? A flying saucer? A lunar eclipse? No...it's the NEW stainless steel bowl that Gunther bought for Lucy's sink water. He said the plastic one Stewie gave her for her birthday was "too small" and her whiskers wouldn't fit. I dunno, Nats had her two front paws and her face in the plastic one earlier! Anyway...cool pic...the bowl in the sink.

Oh and this is the Princess, er, uh Lucy...is she too fluffy?

Bummer....

Gunther reported that last evening he was outside in back with Boy Cat.

Nats jumped into her basement window. Boy Cat walked over. Nats started pawing the window with both paws. Then Boy Cat did the same! He said it was too cute!

Gunther wasn't able to get the camera out fast enough...bummer.

The 4th

Hey kids...it's almost the 4th of July. Pets don't like fireworks or the big noise they make. Be sure to keep your fur babies inside, maybe leave the radio on. Have a fun 4th of July!
