Lucy!
Mystery Solved!
"Oh yeah, I remember now. Yeah, Halloween. What's Halloween? Rubber band? Yeah, I think I had it? Maybe? I dunno? Is it rubbery? What's rubbery? I'm hungry."
So...after the Halloween Party 2 rubber bands were missing. I was afraid Honey got them and ate them...not good. So I went on a hunt. Until 1:30am. I was ready to let it go when I see Natalie chewing on something! A rubber band! So I took it away and told her to show me where the other one was. Nothing. We've been looking since Friday. Today, Lucy was playing with the heater vent...being annoying. I went over and there it was, THE OTHER RUBBER BAND! Good Kitty. We can all rest easy, the rubber bands have been found. Natalie can't remember a thing!

No more hissing...just staring
Honey: I can just stare at her and she'll leave and I can have the window to myself!
Lucy: "Stop staring at me!"

This is Lucy.
This is Lucy sitting on the OM stone.
This is Lucy trying to break into the fireplace.
This is Natalie and Lucy sitting in "time out".
I found Natalie on her hind legs trying to get behind the fireplace screen and then behind the board and into the fireplace. When she ran I looked in the teensy space between the fireplace and the board and two shining eyes peered back at me! LUCY!!! She ran. She was covered in ash and spider webs. Honey had a giggle fit at the two youngsters getting in trouble!

Saturday Morning
Good News! Climber Found! Good Dog!
Derek Mamoyac, 27, of Philomath was reported missing Monday when he didn't return from what was suppose to be a one-day climbing trip on 12,277-foot-tall Mount Adams, the second-tallest mountin in Washington. Searchers had been combing the flanks of the mountain ever since.
Friday afternoon came the word family members and searchers had waited for: A dog team had picked up the scent of a granola bar Mamoyac had eaten and followed it to him. He was dehydrated and had a broken ankle and swollen legs but was otherwise in good shape.
(Photo: Greg Varney of the King County Search Dogs team feeds and praises his golden retriever, Trulee, who followed the scent of a granola bar to climber Derek Mamoyac in rough terrain at the 6,000-foot-level of Mount Adams.)

Annoyed
Stewie,
I did NOT want my nails trimmed! I am HAPPY you only managed to get 2 nails done. You couldn't hang on to me! I am a wild cat! By the way, pretty funny when I sat in front of the cable box and you couldn't change the channels! Oh and stop flashing that camera phone in my face! Sheesh, can't a cat take a nap around here?
Oh and EB, I hope your head doesn't hurt from getting bonked by the volleyball during practice! Ouch!
Love,
Lucy

EB's Cat!!!
First, from the floor she jumps to the corner of this lovely table in the basement.
Then she jumps onto the cabinet next to the refrigerator. (note the beam she had to crawl under to get where she is). See previous picture to see how high she jumped from the top of the fridge.
Naturally, she didn't bother to reverse her tracks...she just jumped from the top of the cabinet to that little tiny corner of the bin..then to the floor.
LUCY!!!!!
